Located in Austin, TX, Kyle Bunting is famous for creating the original Hide Rug. Our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Interiors Magazine, Luxe and Elle Decor; Kyle Bunting is an industry leader credited with creating and building an entire new genre in interior design. Our work is original, unique, and unmatched in quality.

 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support company sales efforts by working in unison with the Senior Sales Staff in all activities necessary in achieving monthly sales Targets. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team to achieve a common goal. This is a sales oriented role in a rapidly growing Design Company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for qualifying and developing leads through the sales process, from initial interest to close. Monitor all lead queues, qualify, research and select the right path for each lead. Where applicable, tee up the initial sales call for the Salesperson.
  •  Watch trends/data and suggest new ways to improve lead flow.
  •  Prepare and deliver sales quotes and design proposals to clients.
  •  Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts to management.
  •  Supporting Sales Associates efforts from lead qualification and initial client conversation to quoting and closing and through delivery of the project.
  •  Supporting Sales Associates through scheduling meetings, sales trips, industry events and various travel arrangements.
  •  Assist in generating New Business opportunities for Sales Associates.
  •  Project Management Responsibilities, such as taking payments, confirming project details and logistical support, custom service.
  •  Assist in organizing brand awareness events.
  •  Surpass monthly sales targets and bring passion, vigor and insight to the team.
